Ilsur Kasa's new "nothing nice" EP is an uneasy listening. He ruthlessly meshes disruptive beats and stylistic incrustations of hip-hop flow to create a punch-in-the-face experience which forces to surrender. The main track 'Nothing nice' sets the atmosphere of the entire release — anxious, disturbing and rushing. Repetitive recitative, scabrous synths and overdriven drums work together as an imprisonment. 'Clout' immerses a listener into uncomfortable sonic environment which is tightly compressed and disintegrated at the same time. In 'Press' groovy hi-hats pump the atmosphere of risk and danger whereas psychedelic noises in the back keep a listener besieged.

Новый релиз Ильсура Касы "nothing nice" — не для слабонервных. В нём Ильсур безжалостно смешивает разорванные ритмы и хип-хоп флоу и создаёт аудиальный опыт, который хлещет по щекам. Заглавный трек "nothing nice" задаёт атмосферу всего релиза — тревожную, торопливую, почти невротическую. Повторяющийся речитатив, шероховатые звуки синтезаторов и перегруженные барабаны окружают и обезоруживают, говоря, что бежать некуда. Как и обещали — "ничего хорошего" . "Clout" вытаскивает слушателя из зоны комфорта — пространство этого трека одновременно туго сжато и расслоено, в нём легко потеряться. В треке "Press" грув хай-хетов нагнетает атмосферу риска и опасности, а психоделические шумы на фоне не выпускают из заточения.
